Cannot arm/disarm camera or access device settings. No longer recognizes account as admin.

We cannot arm or disarm our cameras. We cannot get access to device settings. Arlo says no because it no longer recognizes the account as the "administrator". The only way we can make changes is too use the "legacy" app. Help!

Hi hicklaw,

If you are trying to change the modes using the grant access account,try to have the main account user remove the grant access and send the invite again to see if that helps.

We are not trying to change the mode from the grant access account.

We are using the main account and when we try to access the "Mode" the system tells us we do not have Admin rights.

The system seems to not recognize the main account as the "main account".
