No push notification with iOS 12.4.1 for Arlo app 2.9

Since I updated app to 2.9 I lost notification on iPhone iOS running 12.4.1.
This is defeating purpose of buying arlo . Please help

Hi Patpritesh,

What iPhone are you using? Try updating to the latest Arlo app, which is 2.9.1, and running on the latest iOS version, which is 13.1, to see if that helps.

I am using Iphone 8.

Due to some work related apps. i cannot upgrade to IOS13.0 . I have updated arlo apps to 2.9.1 but the issue still exist.

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your iPhone 8 to see if that helps? Make sure you also have notifications turned on by going to iPhone Settings > Arlo > Notifications.
