Dark night vision

Just brought the Arlo pro 2 cameras my night vision is so dark I can't make out anything . Both camera are the same.Any help would be great.

Verify the IR night vision is on in settings....

If so, pull battery and replace again... test in a dark room

Remember that the IR light is only good to aprox -20 ft

Thanks Tom, checked setting and night vision makes no difference if it on or off. Took cameras down today and done the batteries in and out no change. Daytime is great night they are useless.

The night vision pretty much sucks all the way around. What a joke that they even offered night vision because everybody knows that it makes no difference this is totally false advertising

Here a recent Pro2 night vision pic... ( which in my opinion is not as good as the Pro at night )

Deer is about 8 ft away , trees in back about 20+ ft which is about max for night vision

Thanks for your reply. I'm so disappointed by the night vision, could not make out any person on it or car.
