How can I get alerts as an invited 'friend'?

My husband and I set up our Arlo Pro 2 (VMS4430P) system with him as the main administrator and with me as an invited friend. However, whilst he gets alerts on his mobile phone, I don't. Is there a way I can get immediate alerts or will we have to delete the account and set it up again with me as the main administrator? Our lifestyle dictates that it is more important that I get the alerts rather than him. Is it simple to switch administrator?

Usually the pushes are global... all get them. Unknown as to why you don't.

Easy fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone to see if it helps ( you don't mention phone or os )

To change admin, you would need to delete all from his account and add them all to your account. ( start over as if new )

Not hard, but still a pain.

Have you tried to use emails to your phone or use email/sms conversion by using the phone number as the email ( depends on service provider )
