Mines the same, at night it’s just plain awful and pulses on live view with the new app on my iPad.The recorded stuff is fine.

does yours pulse too?

is it just on their app or every device?

Are you seeing this with Nightvision, the daylight video, or both?

The Nightvision often is grainy. You can improve the picture quality if you can augment the IR spotlights in the camera with a separate IR floodlight.
