    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the ARLO Pro 2 3 camera setup at Costco. I have two problems with the new system using new Arlo app (not legacy app):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Cameras, Base station and app are updated to most current versions. I am not getting email notifications regarding motion detected on this system. My other house has the old system and I always receive notifications via email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) When I get app icon notifications that I have events, I open the new app and it shows any number of recordings yet when I open that part of the app nothing is recorded. If I go through individual cameras it shows events (motion detected) again any number and again nothing recorded. I check this app daily so it should still be on the cloud.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally on line chat is worthless! I keep getting no available agents that speak english.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
