    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo pro 2 cameras do not detect more than 5 feet away and the cameras are new.&amp;nbsp; I called the support and they want to buy another service from a company called Microsoftware Squad.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This sounds like a scam from Arlo by involving third parties.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There is no mention of such services on Arlo website.&amp;nbsp; Isn't this illegal as per the FTCA/ Consumer protection.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is a phone list on this page for different countries, If you did not use this site or use the listed phone number there, then the number you called is definitely a scam.&lt;/P&gt;
