    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have Arlo Pro 2 at Ga Cabin, I’m in Fl. First time user, cameras were working fine, then “ your base station went off line” then came back, can access manually but no notifications or libraries. Have checked status, everything seems to be ok... why am I not getting notifications ?? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you do a manual recording (and see it in the library)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some users found their rules were disabled by the recent firmware upgrade.&amp;nbsp; If that happened to you, you might need to recreate them.&amp;nbsp; If your setup is simple, you could just remove the base station from the account, reset it, and then set it up again from scratch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
