&lt;P&gt;Did you perform a reset on the base station or did you reboot the cameras by pulling the batteries?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I Stopped Receiving Push Notifications</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called the support line and we reset them. I walked in front of the camera multiple times with the rep over the phone trying to set off motion and it wouldn’t detect it and record, yet if I want to see live feed. It connects.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I reset the home base and pulled the batteries out of the cameras and did not have any improvement. I have yet to try removing the devices and reconnecting them. It is frustrating to even have to do this.</description>

      <description>I had to restart my home base again and remove my cameras and reconnect like new. Everything is back to normal. I wish this didn’t happen often..</description>
