topic Picture has been very bright and colour is very shallow on Arlo Pro 2 camera in Arlo Pro 2

Hello, recently I have encountered a problem with one of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras installed outside and connected to Arlo base station. The picture has been very bright and colours as a result very shallow.

Based on posts on this forum, I have been able to temporarily solve it by adjusting brightness when manually recording on camera. But after a while the bright picture had returned and this time the manual recording technique does not do anything. Do you have any idea of any other procedure that might fix the issue ? I am unable to post videos describing the pictures of the issue, but if it would be necessary to offer
a solution, I will endeavour to upload it
on a later post. I will be happy for any suggestions.

You might try power-cycling the base station and the camera (remove and reinsert the battery), and see if the setting "takes" after that.

As mentioned above, the "sun icon" in live view is adjustable for brightness in range of -2 to +2.

It should stay after setting....

If it is defaulting back to center, then sometihing isn't right and it prob should be reset as above.
