Base Station VCS3000C is small & round. Looks different than all videos. Why is it different?

Why is my base station different than the ones I see on the videos. It is small and round with no usb or other options. What is the difference? Thank you

Not a model number I've seen - can you post a picture? What cameras were included in the kit you purchased?

Hey Berettaboy,

The Round Base Station is a newer design and is included in the newer kits.

It is a VMB3500 .... on the base the package was a VCS3000c from Costco so I am not sure if it is a cheapened version so not sure if it is as good as it was $379 for 3 pro 2 cameras and that base station

It looks like it does not have as many features as there is no usb for storage or siren

Ok, that makes sense.

The newer base stations are dropping the siren - the VMB5000 that ships with ultras doesn't have it either. But they do either have USB storage or a microSD slot.

If you want those features, you could purchase a VMB4000.
