&lt;P&gt;That is going to depend on your subscription. With the Basic plan, the recordings remain in the cloud for 7 days, 30 days for the Premier plan and 60 days for the Elite plan. I have read that someone updated their plan from 7 days to 30 days and the older videos showed up, but that is a 50/50 chance. Do you not have any storage device inserted into the USB port? Those videos will stay there until the device fills up.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes... it's a chace as to how long.&amp;nbsp; In the past, if you upgraded the service level you could get back to the max of 60 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But just last week, a person upgraded and was only able to retrieve back 10 days worth...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All depends on what's going on with the far end changes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) run a usb speed stick backup to keep all your videos, a 64gb would be plenty for most, allow it to over write when almost full&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) NEVER delete anything as they will auto delete on you service level time frame&lt;/P&gt;</description>
