Arlo pro 2 Night vision shows cloudy. Other cameras are not having this problem.

Hi I have a Arlo 2 pro cam add on and at night the night version on the cam is very cloudy but the other Arlo pro cams are not just the Arlo pro 2 one can anyone help me thanks

Absolutely no insult intended, but did you remove the protective laminate over the lens? I forgot once.

Yes I Removed the plastic cover over the cam face

Hey Bradleymilgate,

Does the cloudy vision show only when on night vision? Or does it happen during the day as well?

Try cleaning the Arlo Pro 2 camera lens to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, try to toggle off the Night Vision and toggle it back on to see if that helps.
