topic Forcing Arlo 2 Pro Night Vision to be stayed on in Arlo Pro 2

I just bought an Arlo 2 pro system and so far, im disappointed. We have been having thefts in my neighborhood lately and they are happening at night. I bought this system hoping night vision would work great but it doesnt. I am trying to figure out a way to force night mode on. I have some light from my garage lights illuminating where the camera is pointing and nightmode keeps turning off. If i turn my garage lights off, it turns on but the image is poor. If i turn my garage lights on, sometimes the camera will go into night mode briefly and the image looks much better with some light. Turning night mode on or off in the app does nothing. How can i force night mode on? If i cant fix this, im taking this back as clear image quality in night mode is a must!

Hi GMcD83,

You might want to re-position your Arlo Pro 2 camera where the light doesn't affect your Arlo Pro 2 camera as that will turn off the night vision.
