Arlo Pro 2 speaker not broadcasting loud enough on Samsung Galaxy S10+

The cameras and microphone work great, but when I speak through my phone to talk to someone at the door, you can hardly hear my voice. I have samsung galaxy s10+. I have looked at volume on my phone and on the pc but all are adjusted to the max volume and all 3 of my cameras are acting the same with me speaking through them.

Is this happening when you're on WiFi and/or cellular data? Is this also happening when you're using the push to talk feature on your PC or on a different device?

Hi!

I am also having the same exact problem. I would really have to talk very loud to hear my voice coming out of the camera mic.

Under audio settings (Arlo app), I have the microphone and speaker set to ON. Speaker volume is at 100%.

Anything other settings that we're missing?
