Do you have another adapter/cable you can use to test to see if it's the battery or the charger causing an issue?

I purchased an arlo pro 2 system with 2 arlo pro 2 cameras. Today I connected the power adapter to one of the cameras, the camera works, but when I unplug the cable, the system says, my camera is offline. Also the battery is not charging, but the lightning bolt icon shows when plugged in. The camera was operated on battery before for 4 days, and never went offline. The battery had about 30% left, when I plugged it to power today, but now shows 0.
Attached picture shows the power adapter which came with the system. I don't see the lightning bolt sign/icon on that adapter.
So how do I get my camera to charge the battery?
