Arlo Pro 2 Night Vision constantly turns on and off w/ clicking sound. Tried restarting.

Hi All, I have recently noticed that the night vision on one of my cameras constanly turns on and off with a clicking sound. When it records in the playback you also see the lights go on and off. I have rebooted the base unit, removed and re added the camera, removed the battery and re-inserted but the issue still occurs. The positioning of the camera has not changed.

When i look at it ouside you can see the red lights around the camera go on and off. Any ideas on how to fix?

It is a Arlo Pro 2 camera running HW version H4

Hi Camerona,

Try toggling the night vision off, reboot your Base Station, and toggle the night vision back on to see if that helps. You can also try placing the camera closer to the Base Station as a test to see if the night vision is still constantly turning on and off.

Hi JessicaP, tried all of the steps below and the camera still has the same issue. Any other suggestions?. I have three cameras however i only have the issue on one.
