Proper Camera Battery Removal

Hello! I'm new to the Arlo Community and have a question regarding the proper removal of a camera battery from an Active camera. Does the camera need to be Inactivated or Removed from the system before I remove the camera battery?

Hi @stjr

You may remove the battery from the camera anytime you please. Doing so will cause the camera to lose connection and Re-sync when the battery is reinserted.
