I had a recording from 6/24 that was marked as favorite and now it is gone, deleted. How can I retrieve this video?

Assume that you are on the basic/free plan which only stores for 7 days....

The only way in the past has been to upgrade to a level that covers 30 or 60 days ( you can do it by the month ) and others in the past have gotten back videos.... no guarentee but if it's important to you, then try it.

PS... AWAYS d/l any videos you even think you may want to keep

PPS; have you checked the usb backup if it was active ??

Also marking a video as a favorite doesn't change anything. It's just a way to mark videos while still in the library.
