    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo Pro 2 Camera shows image/live recording blury images/video on my one of my camera.&amp;nbsp; It is hard wire for power to get continious power but still has issues.&amp;nbsp; Attached is image of example.&amp;nbsp; Case #&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;40940946&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I get this at least once daily on my powered cameras. It usually goes away again by itself after an hour or so. Power cycling the base station can correct it for a while. Usually occurs after the base station offline issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is the camera encoder gets confused and the motion n-frames do not align with the I-frames so it causes the digital smear effect you see.&lt;BR /&gt; Restarting the base causes the camera settings to be refreshed removing the confusion for a while, then it returns again within 48hrs after the base offline bug appears.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
