Arlo Pro 2 - Activity Zone when using Solar charger?

Hello.

The announcement page lists:

"Arlo Pro 2 gives you the option to use it wire-free or plugged in thanks to its rechargeable battery. When plugged in and used indoors, you unlock your security camera’s advanced features like optional 24/7 recording and customizable Activity Zones."

If your using the camera outside with the solar charger, is this concidered plugged in and will you be able to customize the Activity Zones?

Will Activity Zones be added to previous gen Arlo Pro cameras as was originally announced?

To get all of the features such as activity zones and CVR, it will require more power than the solar panel provides.
