Arlo Pro 2 Microphone not working

The microphone on one of my 4 arlo pro 2 cameras do not work when pushing in the microphone button. I can hear the sound from the camera but nothing is coming out of the cameras speaker when I use the push to talk. It works fine on my other cameras. Just not one. Should all be ok the same version and software is up to date.

It should work the same on all of your cameras. Contact Customer Support at

because it appears to be a defective camera, or if the camera is new, you might want to exchange it although the retailer may want you to bring back everything if you purchased them together.
