    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you already tried a factory reset ( hold in reset for 10 secs till leds flash ), it may be a bad base unit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The power led is usu amber only during reboot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would contact Arlo support re warranty;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Amber light on power led</title>

      <description>Hoping you can help as I have had no joy with the “customer support”&lt;BR /&gt;My base station had been working fine, then suddenly the power light is stuck on amber. I have tried all the recommended fixes, but the 3 lights go green for 1 second, then the first light ( power ) gets stuck on amber. &lt;BR /&gt;I bought it 6 months ago from Amazon but when I contacted them they dropped their shoulder and said to contact arlo. Lovely body of service when you spend over US$ 1,000 with them! &lt;BR /&gt;Anyone have any ideas on what I can do, aside from having to buy a new base station? &lt;BR /&gt;We have a young child at home so need it resolving ASAP. &lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!</description>

      <description>Thanks TomMac,&lt;BR /&gt;The reset doesn’t work and whenever I try the chat function it just shows a blank page.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ll try and see if I can speak with someone.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for replying.</description>
