    <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the motion icon for that camera showing - should be black, not gray.&amp;nbsp; Check your active mode. You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Pro 2 not recording</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day. Hope someone can help.&amp;nbsp; Have one camera of three that shows live feed but not recording. No issues with other cameras.&amp;nbsp; Read most of threads on subject and followed all the suggestions, ie remove battery, resynced camera and base. Still not resolved. Any other suggestions out there?? Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Motion icon is black. Had already removed camera from settings, resynced, and resynced base too. Still no recording and no alerts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
