Just purchased Arlo Pro 2 wire-free camera. Just inquiring if the wifi goes offline and then comes back on, will the camer restart automatically?

Yes,maybe, and no....

a lot depends on how your wifi comes back and how long....also bigger issue if power is out too.

So, normally if your wifi goes down ( talking external outage ) it is not an issue as long as the base is online ( read powered )

When wifi comes back all should be back .... Remember that the cameras only talk to the base, if the base is powered then the cams go on their merry way talking to the base.

This is one of the primary reasons for the USB backup...if internet is down,and the base has been previously armed, any trigger events will go to the USB.

if there is a power outage, much depends on how fast the router system comes up....sometimes the base will come up first and the there is an issue getting back online
