Hello

I have 2 camera Arlo Pr 2 (H3), but only one generated push email notification when motion is detected.

As the same time,both camera can be used in live view, video rewards is done I can watch all short video but without email alert.

I am in mode : geo + planning

Firmware 1.124.1.0_15483

Serial num : 52M17978AF4C8

Any idea ?

Edit the rule for the camera that doesn't send emails in the mode you use and you'll see a send emails box at the bottom. Tick/check that box. Save. It should work now

I found it

Go to mode,

select Armed mode,

then edit each camera to specify 2 rules :

stick both records and push notification

end to re select the good mode (my case geo on mobile apps only)

Now it' s done
