      <title>Unable to update firmware</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to upgrade my firmware. When I go to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; Base Station ....there is nothing under the Base Station (pic below). My cameras are working (I'm having trouble with Geofencing and made a post about it here), but other than that all I working.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can, but it's really embarrassing. lol&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you know, it says that to update firmware you need to go Base Station &amp;gt; Device Info. &amp;gt; Firmware. Well instead of going by the Base Station icon in my arlo app. I renamed the Base Station device something else. So in the future you need to go to the Base Station icon to update firmware regardless what you call it. smdh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
