Arlo Pro 2 base station backup settings

I have the Arlo Pro 2 system and the Base Station has, after a recent power cut, decided not to sync more than three cameras. I think that a factory reset will help, but it's a laborious task re-inputting all of the cameras and rules.
Is there any way to backup all of my names/rules etc. and then restore them after resetting the base station?

@Big_mack,

none that I am aware of, but only do a factory reset as a last resorrt. I would first try to power cycle the base then try to add the cameras back.
