If you have previously applied pinch and zoom to the camera then reset it via the web browser under the camera’s video settings thumbnail. Do this anyway to be sure.
Do this to all cameras on the base.

If you have basic activity zones applied to any cameras, delete them also. Check that they don’t return by themselves within 48hrs.
Check your rules, modes and schedule settings for corruption after deleting the activity zones.

Then see if the issue stays resolved after 48hrs.

Whenever I have my arlo pro 2 wired it seems to freeze in live view on my app on my Samsung note 9. Is this a common issue? I tried both the arlo cable and a third party with the same issues

I checked all firmware and my app is up to date.

When I unplug the ac adapter the live view works flawlessly.

Have you placed the powered camera closer to the base station to eliminate wifi interference?
Have you removed the camera battery and externally powered to see if this stops the issue?

Thanks for the response Danny

The cameras are all fairly close to the base , I have just tried moving closer but the same problem persists.

I did not know I could run the cameras without a battery and with a straight wired connection. I will try that today.
