Arlo won't let me watch live feed for longer than 15 seconds and will say "request timed out"

Arlo app does not let me watch live feed for longer than 15 seconds or not at all without saying across the screen "request timed out" or "maximum of 5 cameras are supported.." when Im only trying to view one camera. All cameras are new, wired, have a good wifi connection. It doesn't matter if i'm using IOS Arlo app, Mac safari, Chrome. Restarting/ redownloading the app, or logging out/ back in does not help the problem at all or any other method I've tried. I feel that I have tried everything so far but contact Arlo support which I plan to do tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Always reboot the base as a first step. Make sure all firmware is up to date.
