    <description>&lt;P&gt;I may have figured it out.&amp;nbsp; I played with phone settings while at a basketball game this evening, and got it to connect.&amp;nbsp; If it doesn't continue to work for me, I'll post another reply.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot sign in; saying not connected to Internet on my Android Phone?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Subject and Model are not accepting my info.&amp;nbsp; As far as I can tell, the Arlo Pro 2 model number is VMS4230.&amp;nbsp; My problem is trying to check the status when I am away from home, such as in the parking lot of a shopping center.&amp;nbsp; It brings up the sign-in screen, rather than just showing my screen showing the 2 cameras.&amp;nbsp; When I try to sign in, it tells me I am not connected to the Internet, and it will not sign me in, so I am not able to check anything.&amp;nbsp; Is this a problem with settings on my Android phone?&amp;nbsp; Can anyone suggest what I need to change, so that I can turn cameras on or check them when I am away from home?&lt;/P&gt;
