Arlo Pro 2 Video & 2 Way Talk Delay

Why is there a delay between actually happening live & watching on video / playback? I. e the time I’ve watched it on playback my parcel has been taken back to depot, before I get a chance to say leave it.

Have you positioned the camera according to the FAQ here on best positioning practices? Motion should be across the FOV, not at the camera, just as with any device that uses PIR sensors. Post screenshots of the views for suggestions.

I can’t find FAQ, and what is FOV ? I don’t see what difference posting screen shots will make? As it’s a delay from video / photo to me getting notifications.

The delivery driver will have gone before I get notifications.
