topic Audio recording laws in FL in Arlo Pro 2

I just installed the Arlo Pro 2 for my office. However, one of my employees stated that al employees must sign a consent form. Otherwise, it would be illegal to audio record them. I haven't been able to find an answer as to if audio recording is permissible or not in the State of Florida. I would appreciate if anyone has any information on this.

try a google search ... came up real fast;

Florida's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Florida makes it a crime to intercept or record a "wire, oral, or electronic communication" in Florida, unless all parties to the communication consent. See Fla. Stat.

So it appears ALL people in the conversation must agree to recordings... easy to turn off the MIC tho.

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=evesdroppin+in+florida

PS ( not a lawyer , but slept in a Holiday Inn ) 😉
