Can hear audio but can’t transmit audio. Played with all settings but to no avail. Any fixes? I spent what I consider a small fortune and not very pleased. At the point of returning!

Phones can be an issue since you can't increase mic gain. Try a computer browser and use the sound card settings to increase the gain if needed. Folks have also said that use of a Bluetooth headset works much better.

I’m having the same issue! I bought my Arlo a few weeks ago and have never been able to use the microphone feature at all and have messed with the settings as well. I spent a lot of money on this system and it defeats the purpose if someone triggers the camera and you can’t communicate with them. Not everyone has a desk top computer or access to one all the time to do this, the point of Arlo is easy access via your phone for security reasons.

Did you enable the mic permission in the phone settings for the app?
