      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Arlo system does use WiFi but you have no access to it. To set it up inititally, your phone must be on your home WiFi and the base must be connected to the router through the Ethernet cable. That way the base can connect to the servers and your phone can use the WiFi to not only connect to the servers but locate the base on the network. Once set up, there's no need to stay only on WiFi - that's just for setup.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, just have your phone on your home WiFi and the base plugged into the router. The base should have green LEDs for both power and Internet. Follow the directions supplied with the system and don't read anything into them - they tell you exactly what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
