Can you use live view and manually record from there? Is the motion indicator for the camera in the Devices tab black or gray? Are you using the default Armed mode or a custom mode? Have you tried reinserting the camera battery to reset the camera as well as rebooting the base?

Just bought my Arlo Pro 2 with hub & two cams. The one cam does not record when motion is detected. The other does - same settings.

I've gotten right in front of the non-recording camera, looked at myself on the app, and not seen a video clip recording as I do with the other camera.

What are some possible solutions here?

Thanks!

What mode is the system set for and are the rules configured the same in that mode?

You can try reseating the battery in the problem camera.

You can try a restarting the base from the App.

You can try rebooting power on the base station.

You can try deleting the camera from the settings and re sync it back in.

You can try deleting everything including the base station and start all over again.

You can try deleting everything and do a factory reset on the base and start all over again.

You can try contacting arlo support.

I’m sure you will get there eventually.
