Is the Arlo Pro 2 battery the same battery pack style as the Arlo Pro battery and does it utilize the same wall charger?

1080 will consume more energy. Has the battery been upgraded in this model? The pro is already the best option due to having the rechargable battery vs the regular Arlo. Either way, I have both :).

Does the Arlo Pro 2 lose any features when used with the original base station ( the one that shipped with Non-pro Arlo cameras)?

Yes, the Arlo Pro and Pro 2 use the same rechargeable battery.

Same battery. Charge life is really about the same.

Camera features remain the same. The Pro base adds a siren and the ability to use the USB ports for backups.
