Try power cycling your base station first

Recycling base station didn't work. Have 4 cameras. One day one camera just stopped detecting motion. Recycled base station reconnected all 4 cameras but the one camera still failed to detect motion. You can view through the camera but it won't detect motion and send a notification, which makes the camera useless.

What mode are you using - the default Armed mode or a custom one?

One of my 2 cameras has just stopped detecting motion. I have done all trouble shooting to no avail. Its not even a year old. Have you gotten yours to work?

For what it is worth one of my brand new Pro 2 cameras straight out of the box was not detecting motion. I had to remove and reinsert the battery several times before it did.
