Draw Zone Activity

My question is, does the Arlo(mine is Pro2) activity zone know when and when not to notify? In the settings it says highlight the area where you either want to receive or ignore detection. I’m soo confused. Is the shaded box to receive or ignore notification or does it know the difference?

The wording is poor - the area within the zone is where detection is allowed. Outside the box it's ignored. The description shouldn't even mention area to be ignored without defining it as the area outside the box.

Yes, because too many people don't bother to read or search for the already answered questions. Simply adding onto a thread without reading the existing posts and solutions just adds to the workload unnecessarily. And it would have answered your question without even posting.
