After opening the app on my IPhoneX my lock screen button doesn’t work. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello, it’s the power button on the right side of the phone..

Hello,
Yes, after a notification, I open the app, view footage, close the app and try to lock my phone and it will not lock using the button, it will lock after timing out. The button is still functional to power down the phone. I’ve done a hard reset and it fixed the issue, but after opening the arlo app the issue starts again. Thanks

Have you tried to log out, uninstall the app, restart your iPhone, and reinstall the app to see if that helps? Do you know when the issue happens before the phone starts to lock itself?

I haven't tried that, but I will. The issue is with the lock/power button after I open the app. It will not lock my phone when I push it. The phone will lock after I let it time out. I’ll try your suggestion and see if it’s a fix.. Thank you.

What data will I lose if I delete the app?

None. It's stored on the servers.
