Hi- Is there a way to recover deleted videos from 2-7 days back?

If you actually deleted them, no. Ones that just fall off the end of the free plan's 7 days may be recovered by temporarily subscribing to the Premier plan and see if the videos show up, recover them and then unsubscribe.

I strongly suggest NEVER deleting videos because this issue happens too often.
