I had the same issue. I removed device from base station, removed battery for 25 seconds, repaired it and now it works fine.

I have four cameras and they were all working fine. Then after recharging one of my cameras it would not go back to detecting motion. It will only detect and record sound. I do get a live scene and I can manually record or take a picture. When I tried the motion sensing/positioning on my phone app, it worked spotily and then stopped working. The running man is black, I took out the battery and then re-connected it, I removed the device from the system and added it again. Nothing helps.

1 of my 5 cameras stopped recording motion, only records sound. I have not changed any settings and double checked and it’s set correctly for motion.
Also restarted based twice. Also repaired device with no luck.
The caerá stopped recording motion 10 days ago.
