Same problem here. Recent iOS update freezes on my iPhone Max as well.

App freezes my phone even with newest update. 1/17/19 using an IPhone XS Max with app version 2.7.0. Please help with this problem. I haven’t been able to go live in a week.

Hi @ChanceK,

Try to update to the latest Arlo app, which is 2.7.1 an see if that helps.

Wife bought an Iphone xs max last Saturday and the phone freezes up every time she clicks on live feed for the Arlo cameras. Called early this week and they had to bump the issue to tier 2. Have not heard from them since. Not happy at all since this is a known issue.

I am currently having the same issue with an iphone xs max that my wife bought 2/16/19. Just wondering if and how you got yours to work? I have called the help center and all they did was bump me to tier 2 and I have not gotten a call back since.
