Arlo Pro Won't Charge

I've had my Arlo Pro 2 camera system for about 3 months. One of my cameras was running off AC power only (without a battery inserted). Recently the camera kept went off-line and it appeared it did not have power. I tried other power cables and it would not come on. I inserted a pre-charged battery and now it is working, but will not charge when a power cable is inserted. It appears to me the camera will no longer accept AC power.

Will the same charger and cable work on another camera? It could be either the camera or charger. Open a case with support for replacements:

I have 4 power cables, none of them will work on this camera, but they will work on my other camera.

Last thing before opening a case with support - swap batteries to see if it's the battery or the camera. Then open a case:
