      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/719060"&gt;@Catrinat01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure why the devices were erased, but you should be able to start over on the Devices page by adding the base back in and then syncing all the cameras back one at a time. There is a factory reset, but I don't think you need to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
