topic one camera grainy in Arlo Pro 2

I recently installed a 5 camera / base station system. All cameras have a strong signal. The camera that is closest the base station (about 10 feet away across the room without interference) has suddenly started providing pixelated video. The other 4 cameras have good video. No changes to system, except that the one that's pixelated is the only one running off usb power instead of the battery. I've tried turning it off and on with no change. How do I get high quality video back from that camera?
