    <description>&lt;P&gt;That senstence doesn't clarify things but I think you want a notification when a recording is made but not the siren, correct? If so, it's all about your modes and rules. You need to edit them and enable whatever notifications you want. By default, the siren does not activate but if you have a rule that does turn the siren on, edit the rule, use the pulldown menu for the siren and choose Remove Device. Save the rule in either case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
