Yes, the mic is turned on. I switched it off and back on...we'll see if that kickstarts it.

I just installed a 4 camera Pro 2 system with one camera that is plugged in. That camera is indoors, next to the base station. When away, the system is set to send notifications and record for motion and sound on that indoor camera. I noticed today that sound is triggering both notifications and recordings, however there is no audio being recorded. I can see that the dog is barking, which triggered the alert, but no sound on the recording. There was also no sound I could hear on the live feed. What setting do I need to change? Recordings on the outdoor battery-operated cameras do record the sound.

Check the audio settings for that camera. Is the mic on?
