Not Detecting Activity Within Activity Zone

My camera is not detecting motion in the backyard, which is well within the activity zone.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

FIrst, test yourself to see if any recordings are being made. Move all around the zone to see if anything is recorded. Also, since it sounds like these are Arlo Smart zones, check what settings you have for the various choices (person, vehicle, animal, other) in the Smart settings and try changing them as you need.

How does one get to the page where you can change what to detect -animal, vehicle, etc??
