I have a load of videos that wont load, for instance four videos from one camera this morning and none of them load, does anyone know why this is?

I think there have been some server issues. Can you download the videos and view them on VLC?

Hi Steve, thanks for the response, no I cannot download them., same issue, but actually tried a different browser (firefox instead of Safari) and they worked, strange, I hope the problem gets resolved.

Ah, it's a Safari problem. Make sure you contact support and open a ticket so they know of the problem. Support doesn't register problems through this community site. It's more just for users to help each other out

Hi @Trichomes,

I tried downloading on Safari through MacBook and seemed to work just fine. Try to clear your cache/cookies on your Safari. Make sure you are running the latest version for Safari.
