&lt;P&gt;I tried downloading on Safari through MacBook and seemed to work just fine. Try to clear your cache/cookies on your Safari. Make sure you are running the latest version for Safari.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Videos that don't load</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a load of videos that wont load, for instance four videos from one camera this morning and none of them load, does anyone know why this is?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Steve, thanks for the response, no I cannot download them., same issue, but actually tried a different browser (firefox instead of Safari) and they worked, strange, I hope the problem gets resolved.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, it's a Safari problem. Make sure you contact support and open a ticket so they know of the problem. Support doesn't register problems through this community site. It's more just for users to help each other out&lt;/P&gt;</description>
